Add a recurring Activity

Open Activities and choose Add activity.

Choose the days it repeats and a start and end time.

Weekday-specific times let the same Activity start differently on different days.

Auto-schedule treats Activity time as unavailable for flexible schoolwork.

Choose the scope that matches the change.

Edit this occurrence changes only the selected meeting.

Edit entire series changes every occurrence.

Delete this occurrence removes one meeting; Delete entire series removes them all.

Use an occurrence change when the recurring pattern is still correct overall.

A moved occurrence is marked as modified for that date.

Other meetings in the recurring series remain unchanged.

The flexible schedule refreshes around the new commitment time.
