Course colors appear on task and calendar labels.
Courses without a complete day or time remain under Not yet scheduled.

Weekly or rotation schedule

Your active academic year controls how class meetings repeat.

Weekly schedules repeat on weekdays such as Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Rotation schedules repeat by your school’s labels, such as A and B.
A rotation override can change one date or realign the rotation forward.

Holidays and days off

Add a day or break without changing the recurring Course setup.

For rotation schedules, choose whether missed days shift the rotation or keep the normal alignment.
Dates are inclusive for multi-day breaks.
Your flexible focus blocks refresh after calendar changes.

Special schedules

Reuse alternate bell times for advisory, half days, and similar patterns.

Start from normal classes, then enter the alternate bell times.
Apply a special schedule to a recurring weekday or specific dates.
A specific date takes precedence over the recurring weekday.

Shared Classes exchange academic facts, not personal schedules.

Choose Share class on an existing Course to become its Owner.
Choose Join Shared Class and connect an existing Course when you already have one.
